Our Process
Youth Development and Discipleship
Our organization is dedicated to serving youth, children, and young adults through intensive discipleship and apprenticeship programs. We focus on developing mature followers of Christ who understand and live according to kingdom principles through structured daily programs that integrate biblical study, practical application, and community service.
Direct Discipleship and Apprenticeship
We operate through a focused apprenticeship model, working directly with 4 to 6 youth and young adults at a time, providing intensive mentorship and training in kingdom living. These disciples learn through daily structure, comprehensive biblical study, and practical application of their faith through community outreach programs and gospel presentations to local communities and children.
Community Evangelism and Outreach
Through our trained disciples, we develop and implement programs that present the gospel to local communities and children in remote areas of Uganda and eastern Africa. Our approach emphasizes culturally relevant evangelism methods that address the unique needs and contexts of each community we serve.
Church Plant Training and Empowerment
We partner with local church plants to provide essential training programs that teach practical skills, provide ministry tools, and offer empowering and equipping opportunities for church members. These trainings focus on developing competent and confident disciples who can effectively engage in local discipleship and evangelism efforts.
Multiplication and Global Outreach
Our ultimate goal extends beyond local impact to global transformation. We are committed to training and sending out equipped disciples to reach the unreached peoples of the world, creating a multiplication effect that expands the kingdom of God across cultural, linguistic, and geographic boundaries.
